The Spanish Department of LLC offers Spanish classes in "Valle de los Chillos" Quito, Ecuador. Our Spanish school is located in Conocoto. Quito, Ecuador, South America. Perfectly situated in a calm town of Quito, only 35 minutes from the Quito International airport and within walking distance of local restaurants, travel agencies and hotels. The school has a cafeteria, tranquil gardens, numerous classrooms and staff always present assist you in any way. Our school in Conocoto is the ideal base from which to discovery the numerous unique and beautiful tourist attractions that Ecuador has to offer. What better way than to practice your Spanish than while enjoying the wonderful sights, sounds and flavours of this tranquil Andean nation.

The Spanish programs are all based on a one-to-one teaching method which include putting your learning into direct practice with a variety of optional field trips to local museums and tourist attractions (Otavalo market, Equator line village, Saqusili market, Cotopaxi National Park and the Galapagos islands, and more).

Our students and clients come from all over the globe and all walks of life, including young student packbackers to older professionals looking to improve to career potentials.

Our professionally-trained staff regularly attend workshops and seminars to ensure that their skills and teaching methods are constantly up-to-date. All the Spanish programs are based on a one-to-one teaching system. The two options for learning spanish are:

INTENSIVE SPANISH PROGRAM (7 hrs/day) This is a total Spanish immersion program, with seven hours of instruction per day. Daily learning involves continuous Spanish conversation, Spanish pronunciation correction, Spanish grammatical structure review, Spanish oral and written exercises and repetition. This learning method has been proven to be both highly effective and superior to other conventional Spanish teaching methods.

SEMI-INTENSIVE SPANISH PROGRAM (4 hrs/day) This Spanish program is geared towards clients that are unable to dedicate seven hours of learning per day. The semi-intensive Spanish program is four hours per day, but with the same quality and methodology of the intensive program.

Our Spanish programs are supplemented by our own textbook, which consists of 12 books. Each book corresponds to one level based on theoretical explanation and practical exercises. Beginners level consists of the first 4 books; Intermediate the second 4 books; and Advanced the last four books.

In the completion of each level, students will take both a written and oral evaluation to ensure that the concepts and material has been fully understood and learned. If the student has not obtained a 100% pass, the material will be reviewed again to ensure that all the material is understood.

During the classes, the instructor uses various multimedia resources (such as videos, audio & written) to make the learning experience more dynamic. Once a specified level of Spanish comprehension has been achieve, students have the opportunity to practice this knowledge during various optional field trips to various tourist attractions and destinations in and around Chillos Valley and Quito.

Our professional teachers will take every step to ensure that course material is both understood and learned by the student. Should a student have difficulty in one or more areas, the teacher will review the material to ensure that full comprehension is achieve. Their objective is to ensure that their student passes each level, 100%.

The Centre is open every day of the year, and clients can start their program anytime.

Additional and optional activities usually take place after classes, with the exception of programmed field trips to enhance the learning experience.

All of the Centre's teachers are highly educated, cultured and professional Teachers of Spanish as a Second Language.

Each teacher receives an intensive training program on the details of Spanish grammar & structure. In addition, each teacher must continually be reviewed and attend workshop courses to keep them up-to-date.
